Rewards and Bonuses
How can the Vision company's philosophy (the Whole Health Option) be
combined with the opportunity to improve one's own well-being? For that
there are several methods that are in effect for calculating rewards.
These methods may apply to anyone who shares and promotes the values of
the Company. Such an award can constitute either an additional source of
income or the main income, depending on the efforts made and results
achieved.
Under the Equity project, special bonuses are paid out to distributors
as an additional financial incentive. In English, "equity" means
"fairness and justice", and the Vision company rewards its distributors
for excellent work fairly, justly, and generously practically at any
stage of distributor activities!
